The most important element in any small or large construction project is the quality of the initlal design and plan. If the drawings or the construction plan are rushed or incomplete, the end result will be, too.
Patience during the design process is critical and we ensure each square inch of the project is properly designed and detailed before any on-site work proceeds. Once we have a plan in place, it’s much easier to control construction quailty, timeline and overall customer satisfaction.
Construction safety is our number one priority throughout each and every project. Our team is fantastic and our goal is to ensure they return home safely to their families at the end of each day.
We focus on making every job site a safe and healthy atmosphere. Physical safety and proper treatment of workers are finally on the forefront. As the President of MCS, I personally hold myself responsible to ensure that accountability is a normal way of life for my team. We pride ourselves on seeking out the most advanced equipment and safety products available on the market and making them available to all of our team members.
Our most valuable safety mechanism at MCS is teamwork. All of our site managers are trained to work as one unit and its proven to be our major success factor in both safety and production.
